I believe Albert Einstein would have liked retrospectives.

In other words, experience leads to knowledge, change your approach to problem solving, and don’t repeat your mistakes.

retrospectives are an experience based way to reflect on mistakes, find ways to avoid them in future and create new ways of doing things.
